Nice, Scott.
I was thinking more along the lines of 'as if,' and the suspension of presuppositions so as to see things anew, a common thread with me over the past few years. But I do have experience observing that American culture stuff, and while i've not been called a martian, i do engender that sort of reaction with some of the more off-the-wall perspectives.
Pardon my slow response on the comment front...i do enjoy hearing from you and sitting with your thoughts and questions. Hope to see you come December; will prob stop in Clemson for a pair of days.
